How long does onboarding take?
Most companies are fully set up and running live jobs within 48 hours. Our onboarding team handles data migration, crew setup, and a live walkthrough call. Larger companies with complex existing workflows may take up to a week.
Can I import my existing customer and job data?
Yes. ScapeHQ.green supports CSV imports and direct integrations with QuickBooks, Jobber, and Service Autopilot. Our team will review your data format and map fields for you at no extra cost during onboarding.
How does the AI estimate feature work?
You enter the property address, scope of work, and any notes. ScapeHQ.green pulls satellite imagery, parcel data, and your historical pricing to generate a draft estimate in under 30 seconds. You review, adjust, and send — the AI handles the starting point.
Is my customer data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. ScapeHQ.green is SOC 2 Type II compliant and we never sell or share customer data. Your data is yours — you can export it in full at any time.
What happens if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. There are no cancellation fees. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period, and you can export all your data before closing.
